Refund Policy.
Protocol Effective Date: January 1, 2026
We believe in total transparency. If our nodes do not live up to the premium performance standard advertised, we will make it right immediately.
1. 72-Hour Testing Window
We provide an ironclad 72-hour trial window on standard game node configurations (Minecraft, Palworld, Rust standard hosting setups). If you experience high latency, server dropouts, or configuration blockades that we cannot fix within 72 hours of initial activation, you can request a complete 100% refund. Simply lodge a ticket with our billing dispatchers.
2. Exclusions & Customized Hardware
Certain system services are non-refundable. This includes all dedicated enterprise machine deployments (bare-metal physical nodes), domain namespace bookings (which are secured directly with registrars), and auxiliary human setups (custom modpack configurations, server assembly consulting hours). Add-on packages and trial nodes are also restricted from our 72-hour test loop.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compensation
If server interruptions exceed our 99.99% core network guarantee within any billing cycle (calculated monthly), you will be credited with proportional account balance offsets. Volumetric network downtime caused by scheduled engineering windows (with 48-hour advanced notice) or local application exceptions (faulty mod versions installed by users) do not apply to this offset loop.
4. Disputes & Unauthorized Chargebacks
We request that you approach our billing squad directly before registering disputes with payment relays (Stripe, bank networks, PayPal). Triggering a formal dispute or chargeback without prior signaling blocks your user profile, freezes all affiliated server files, and suspends access to the admin daemon permanently until resolved.
5. Processing Cycle
Approved refunds are transferred back to the original financial vector used during checkout. Once authorized by our billing desk, the processing cycle takes approximately 5 to 10 banking days to reflect in your card statement. We do not support manual cash, check, or cryptocurrency refund vectors.
To process an offset or ask about billing metrics, signal the dispatchers at Contact Node.
